In an effort to please our customers all orders on our products are shipped within two business days except when noted. Shipping on our services will be done two days after completion of said services.

Because of the ability to duplicate the final product of our services(DVD's,CD's) we do not offer refunds on ANY of our services. What we are happy to do in order to insure your satisfaction is we will send you sample's of some of our previously completed final products.
